Common Questions

How do I book an appointment?

If you are a registered patient, use our online booking system on our website. You can also call our clinic phone number. For medically urgent same-day or next-day appointments, use our phone line to book.

How do I prepare for a virtual appointment?

If you would like to attend your pre-scheduled virtual appointment outside of our office, please have a device (computer/laptop/smartphone) that you have tested beforehand. The device will need a connection to the internet as well as a camera and microphone. Be ready at least 10 minutes before your appointment time and be prepared to wait upwards to an hour in the virtual waiting room. Please be in a private room free of distractions. Make sure you are not driving or in a public area. If you are having connection issues, your physician will try calling your phone number twice. Virtual care is of far greater quality when there is video instead of audio alone. Phone call virtual visits are only used in exceptional circumstances or when there are technical difficulties.

How do I prepare for an on-site appointment?

If you have an on-site appointment, please ensure you show up at last 10 minutes before your appointment time. Please check your appointment reminder or our website "Contact Us" section to ensure you are going to the right physical location. Currently, in-person appointments take place at 847 Vindin St., Midland. This is different from the location of our Virtual Hub.

How do I renew prescriptions?

During your appointments please ensure you have adequate supplies of all your prescriptions so they can be filled then. Our office generally does not accept prescription renewals without an appointment (such as through a pharmacy initiated renewal request). Instead, please use our online booking system to select an online prescription renewal appointment. These appointments are brief dedicated slots for simple renewals ONLY and should always have availabilities within 3-4 business days. If you are booked for an online prescription renewal appointment and your physician may be able to renew your prescriptions without seeing you. In these cases, you may receive an e-mail from the clinic informing you that you will not need to attend the booked appointment.
